SERIES 100 FLUSH GRID
- Used in roofers, metal detectors, conditioners,
cooling applications, tunnels, tiered cooling conveyors, packaging, washing, dewatering,
cooling of raw and processed product and side-by-side or lateral product transfer
applications.
- Excellent for cut edge down conveyance - no belt
damage.
- 31% open area allows excellent airflow for efficient
product cooling.
- Smooth, flat surface does not mar product being
handled. It is ideal for packaged product handling and metal detectors.
- Snap-lock rod retention provides smooth, fully
flush belt edge.
- 1" pitch and smaller diameter sprockets reduce
the belt profile allowing close product transfers.
- All surfaces completely exposed, for through
cleanup.
- Flights and sideguards are available - integral part
of belt, not bonded or bolted on.
- Available in materials suitable for
temperatures ranging from -50
 to +220.

SERIES 100 RAISED RIB
- Smooth upper surface with closely spaced ribs.
- 1" pitch reduces chordal action and amount of
transfer gap.
- Can be used with Finger Transfer Plates, eliminating
product tippage and hang-ups.
- Excellent for product transfer application when used
with Finger Transfer Plates.
- Available in materials suitable for
temperatures ranging from -50 to +220.
